Angela Wallace, MSc
Angela builds brave brands for a better world with next generation sales and sustainability strategy for purpose driven brands. As a champion of diverse founders in multiple CPG categories, she drives sustainability to the mass market. She has worked with more than 150 conscious companies in business development as a brand architect, consultant, writer and speaker in social impact and sustainability. Current brand partners include locally made, women-owned, award-winning, Graydon Skincare formulated with clinically proven, certified vegan superfood ingredient - and M4Factory, a women-owned, made in American factory and design house devoted to creating new circular models of manufacturing. In October 2021, Ange had the honour of being selected to represent Canada as a delegate to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance in Milan, Italy, to advocate to world leaders and help catalyze global change.
From 2019-2021, as COO/CSO at Bogobrush, Ange generated 7X growth for the innovative oral care brand, expanding national distribution across the USA to more than 1200 retail locations. In 2018, Ange managed over 80 brand partnerships as Director of Brand Development together with the her team, at Koru Distribution, one of Canada's best loved wholesalers of social impact brands and premium sustainable lifestyle products, voted one of the 2018 Top 10 Real Leaders in global social impact. Before that she championed philanthropy and corporate social responsibility at Holt Renfrew in the groundbreaking sustainable luxury initiative, HProject led by Alexandra Weston.
She led a roundtable on purpose-driven business at Alt Summit in 2020 and was also featured as a conscious consumer expert by CBC News radio, digital and TV. She regularly serves as a social impact mentor for next generation founders, and was a juror for Fashion Takes Action Design Forward, Canada’s award for sustainable fashion in 2018. She previously sat on the Board of Directors for Zooshare Biogas Collective and on the Board of Advisors at Sitti Soap social enterprise, 2019-2021. Angela lives in Toronto with her eight year old daughter, running a household solo. She loves cooking, cycling, and spicy food.
