In 2022, we’re betting on women.

This year, March 8 marks two important dates for me. First off, it’s International Women’s Day. Second, it’s the three-year anniversary of the date that I incorporated my business. At Angela Wallace Impact Agency, 90% of the brands we’ve worked with have been woman-owned and woman-led. Our team — to which we’re welcoming Arlesha and Kendall this year! — is made up entirely of women. And the AWIA podcast, launching in April 2022, currently features 83% women guests. Three ways women can get more funding in 2021

The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought unexpected changes to many industries — but across all of them, women seemed to bear the brunt of those changes. While 2020 may have brought a decrease in funding, it also brought far more awareness to the systemic inequalities that women-identifying and BIPOC founders face, and motivated many to step up and change those statistics. Here’s three ways women can get more funding in 2021.
